DIARY OF URIAH S. BEECHLY
1865

In my search for old letters belonging to Uriah, I found 2 diaries from two different great aunts kept by Uriah. One is from 1864 and the other 1865. He was serving in the Civil War at the time. Both great aunts allowed me to borrow the diaries long enough to transcribe them. It makes for somewhat interesting reading and the company movements are exactly correct compared to military records. Submitted by Marvin Beechly
